Gas separators mesh

Gas mesh separators are designed for final purification of natural and associated petroleum gas from liquid (condensate, hydrate inhibitor, water) in gas treatment facilities for transportation, as well as gas and oil refineries.

Structurally the separators are manufactured in two types:
    Type 1 - cylindrical vertical with a body flange connector with a diameter of 600, 800 mm for a nominal pressure of 1.6 to 6.4 MPa (от 16 до 64kgf/сm2);
    Type 2 - cylindrical vertical with a diameter of 1200, 1600, 2000 mm for conditional pressure from 0.6 to 4.0 MPa (от 6 до 40kgf/сm2).

*1)The calculated and test pressure for hydrotesting the heaters of apparatuses of all designs at Pp above 2.5 MPa is equal to the corresponding pressures of the apparatus, the apparatus heaters at Pp up to 2.5 MPa inclusive are equal: Рр=2.5 МPа, Рпр=3.2 МPа.

*3) Can be used as a coolant 60% (mass.) DEG solution with a pressure of 0.5 MPa with operating temperature up to 100 °С.
