Double walled basins

Dual-wall horizontal steel tanks are designed for filling and storing liquid products with saturated vapor pressure up to 0.04 MPa, and can also be used as technological horizontal double-walled tanks.

Double-wall horizontal tanks are made of metal with a thickness of at least 4 mm for the inner and outer cases. The thicknesses of the cases are possible: 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, 8/4, 5/5, 6/5, 8/5, where the first thickness of the inner shell and the second thickness of the outer shell of the double-walled horizontal tank.

Double-walled vertical tanks of the type RVS (RVSD, DR) are made of metal with a thickness of at least 5 mm for the inner and outer shell, more detailed information can be obtained only after the development of the project.

The volume of tanks from 1 to 100 cubic meters.

For installation of technological equipment of a double-walled tank it is equipped with a neck with a flat lid.

Double-walled tanks (with a protected wall) differ from single-walled tanks with less explosion hazard and a minimal probability of a fire in the operation of fuel storage facilities. Effective protection against overflow of fuel, fuel spills and control of interstitial space allows you to quickly notice the depressurization and eliminate fuel leakage before any damage to the environment is done.
